Daniel Hebert

As President, Daniel has been with ETEC since 1996, working in the Louisiana municipal and industrial market. His chief responsibility is working directly with engineers, principals, owners and end-users regarding their water and wastewater needs. Daniel oversees and is responsible for the complete territory of ETEC.

Brady Sessums

As Executive Vice President a graduate of Southeastern University in Hammond, Brady has been with ETEC since 2003, working in the Louisiana municipal market. His chief responsibility is working directly with engineers, principals, owners and end-users regarding their water and wastewater needs.

Ronnie Hebert, P. E.

As Chairman of Board, Ronnie brings over forty years of experience in this market. A registered Civil and Environmental Engineer, he spent many years in the engineering and contracting businesses prior to entering this field. Ronnie covers and manages our entire territory.

Joseph Hebert

Joseph Hebert has an Environmental Engineering degree from LSU working primarily in Louisiana’s municipal and industrial markets. His focus is working directly with engineers, principals, owners and end-users regarding their water and wastewater needs.

JD Hebert

John Daniel Hebert has an Environmental Engineering degree from LSU working primarily in Louisiana’s municipal and industrial markets. His focus is working directly with engineers, principals, owners and end-users regarding their water and wastewater needs.

Carl Siener

Carl travels our entire territory, focusing on the pulp and paper market and Industrial for Louisiana, which is extremely important for our company. We are proud to have Carl and his thirty plus years of industrial wastewater experience on our team.

Bryson Agnew

As Vice President, Bryson is working in the state of Mississippi. Bryson has an undergraduate degree in Business and a Masters in Environmental Science. Bryson is continuing to lead the Mississippi territory.

Ellis Sartain, P. E.

Ellis Sartain has a Chemical Engineering degree from LSU and heads up the Jackson, MS office for ETEC. He covers the state of Mississippi with the municipal sales team.

Michael D. "Mike" Todd
 
A registered Mechanical Engineer, Mike has been involved in both the manufacturing and sales of water and wastewater treatment equipment for over twenty-five years. We call upon Mike’s expertise in biological wastewater treatment on a daily basis. Mike remains active on certain key accounts.

Chad B. Cooley, P. E.

Chad is a Vice President at ETEC and has been with us since 2002. He is a registered Professional Engineer and leads the Arkansas and Western Tennessee area, in both the municipal and industrial markets, from his office in Little Rock. He has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Mississippi State University and M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Memphis.

Todd Rigby
 
Todd works in the Little Rock office and focuses on both municipal and industrial markets in Arkansas. Todd has experience in both engineering and manufacturing, with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University, and is a registered Professional Engineer.

Matthew Muehlbauer

Matt is in our Memphis office and has been covering Western Tennessee, as well as assisting in Arkansas and portions of Northern Mississippi, since 2008 after earning his B.S in Commerce and Business Administration degree from the University of Alabama. Similar to our staff in other offices, Matt is active in both municipal and industrial markets.

Christian Primeaux

Christian Primeaux has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from LSU with a dual minor in Business Administration and Technical Sales. Christian will be managing our warehouse operations as well as our water meter division. He will be based out of Baton Rouge.

Chad Robinson

Chad Robinson will be working directly with water utilities, owners and end-users regarding their Water Meter needs in Louisiana offering state-of-the-art ultrasonic water meters, high-performing remote reading solutions, advanced monitoring of leakages as well as intelligent data analytics.

Robbie Temple

ETEC Services is proud to announce that Robbie Temple has joined our team. Robbie will be in charge of our Kamstrup water meter business in the state of Mississippi. Robbie has 15 years of experience in water meter sales in Mississippi and Arkansas, and we are proud to have him as a team member.

Abagail Ally

Abagail handles our Aftermarket, Warranty and Service department for Louisiana and Arkansas. She assists our customers with their parts orders, service and warranty needs. She assists plant operators with their retrofits and replacement equipment.

Oliver Navo

Prior to joining ETEC, Oliver, who has a Bachelor of Science in Geology from LSU, worked as an environmental consultant and wastewater regulator. He will be supporting aftermarket and bidding for Mississippi and Western Tennessee.

Melissa Clouatre

Melissa supports our salesmen in Equipment Sales. From design to the close of jobs, she assists in the Louisiana and Arkansas Municipal, Industrial, and Water Meters markets. She works with our Contractors as Project Manager for equipment orders, tracking submittals and deliveries. She also works with all manufacturers and our salesmen on their forecasting reports.

Kathryn Terito

Kathryn is our Contract Administrator. She assists with the processing and managing all equipment orders, submittals, and deliveries. In addition, she also handles all our Accounts Payable and assists with all other aspects of accounting.

Kim Weimer

Kim is our Accountant. She is responsible for all aspects of accounting and assist on inside staff with special projects.

Stephen Gorsch

Stephen is our IT Manager/Programmer. He designed and maintains ETEC's SharePoint intranet. He also maintains the ETEC computers, servers and handles all IT related issues.

Angela Baldwin

Angela is the main receptionist for ETEC. She also assists all salesman and office staff with special projects. She is our marketing point of contact. She is a good person to know.

Thomas Snearl
Thomas assists Ronnie and office staff with special projects.
